Wisconsin Realtors Association Forms

WB forms are prepared and approved for use by reEB. Before being approved, the drafts will be reviewed by the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Forms Committee, chaired by REALTOR Tom Sykora®, and comments will be forwarded to the DSPS Real Estate Contractual Forms Advisory Committee. Once the DSPS status forms are completed, the forms designed by the WRA are reviewed to determine if the changes are warranted. WRA is one of the largest providers of real estate in the state. When you order forms from us, you will receive the most recent version of the forms you need for your business transactions. Order online or print a purchase order and send it to the WRA. When design errors or contractual issues delay your transactions, the Line by Line online video series contains everything you need to get back on track. With video presenter Jennifer Lindsley, episodes of Line by Line provide a detailed overview of commonly used real estate forms, so you can reduce the risk of errors and misrepresentations. As of October 2018, the WRA will no longer replenish its inventory of paper forms and will no longer accept custom form orders.

The WRA will continue to sell its paper forms until inventory is exhausted or expired. Forms and custom form orders can still be placed directly through Teuteberg Inc. with a minimum of 1,000 units per form ordered.
